Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. However, there was a slight hiccup with a manager at breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring Glasgow, and the dining options were varied and satisfying.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a stunning view over rooftops, but it did not completely meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel considering the price paid. The service is excellent, especially the polite and helpful staff. The location is convenient for exploring the city and the west end, although some organizational improvements are needed. The dining experience is good, with the breakfast spread being re-filled regularly.
The hotel is located slightly away from the busy Buchanan St in the west end, offering decent-sized rooms with separate toilet and shower areas. Although the rooms accommodated my request to try different options, they were not as clean as expected. Noise from cars could be heard at night but was manageable with closed windows.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient, with spacious rooms that were well-equipped. The staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate us during an unexpected issue. The location was great for exploring the area, and the dining experience offered a good variety despite some minor hiccups. Overall, a decent option for a stay.
The hotel had some positives like the lovely and attentive service and its fabulous location with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the rooms were a bit warmer than desired and smaller than expected. The dining experience was great with a variety of choices, but some found it to be a bit pricey.
My stay at the hotel was fine, not exactly a romantic getaway or a luxurious experience, but simply functional accommodation. The room was very basic and looked nothing like the pictures, with noticeable stains on the carpet. Although clean, I couldn't overlook some bloodstains.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were exquisite, with a fabulous coffee machine and a comfy bed adorned with nice toiletries. I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to an executive room, where a bottle of bubbly and a thoughtful card awaited, along with vouchers for a drink at the bar. However, I did miss having a refrigerator in the room, especially since I experienced this feature in a cheaper room in the same hotel a day before.
